Welcome to eNova WorkWork, a professional job and freelance marketplace platform connecting talent and employers across Zambia and beyond. By accessing or using this website and related services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using eNova WorkWork, whether as a candidate, freelancer, or employer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3. User Accounts

4. Platform Usage

For Candidates and Freelancers. You may:

• Search and apply for jobs or gigs
• Build and maintain a professional profile
• Communicate with employers

You may not:

• Apply to jobs fraudulently or under pretenses
• Post or share misleading qualifications
• Use the platform to spam or scam others

For Employers. You may:

• Post-job opportunities or freelance gigs
• Search for and communicate with candidates
• Use paid features to promote listings

You may not:

• Post fake jobs or misleading offers
• Collect personal data without consent
• Discriminate in hiring based on gender, age, religion, ethnicity, or disability

5. Payments and Subscriptions

eNova WorkWork offers free and premium services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed
• Use a valid payment method
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated

We do not store payment card details on our servers. All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

6. Content Ownership and Rights

All content uploaded by users (e.g. CVs, job posts, company profiles) remains the property of the user. By submitting content, you grant eNova WorkWork a limited license to use, display, and promote it to operate the platform.

You may not post:

• Copyrighted materials without permission
• Hate speech, pornography, or explicit content
• Malicious code or phishing links

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Reasons for termination may include:

• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated rule violations
• Legal complaints or misuse of the platform

Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the dashboard.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using eNova WorkWork, you consent to our data practices as outlined.

9. Limitation of Liability

eNova WorkWork is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about job placements, candidate matches, or business results. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of job listings or resumes
• Actions taken by users
• Third-party service interruptions

In no event shall eNova WorkWork be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be effective once posted. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be handled through negotiation, mediation, or as a last resort, legal proceedings in competent courts.
